FULLY RESTORED . RIDES AND SOUNDS GREAT! I HAVE RIDDEN 500 MILES OIN THIS BIKE IN THE SUMMER . ITS A GREAT RIDE AND I WILL USE AGAIN UNTIL SOLD.
THE 350CC OHV BECAME THE POST WAR BSA B31. THE BAGS ARE GOOD ,OLD REPRODUCTION AND WILL BE CHANGED. THE BAGS NOW FITTED ARE BEST CONDITION GENUINE WW2  BAGS .
CLEAR STAMPINGS AND YOU CAN SEE HOW IT WAS LIGHTENED TO GET UNDER THE 350LBS LIMIT SET BY MOD.
LOVELY CLEAN LINES . RUBBER WAS STILL USED ON THESE MACHINES.

THE FRONT FRAME WAS DRILLED TO LIGHTEN .THE EARLY PRE PRODUCTION MODELS ,THE FIRST 60 OR SO WERE EVEN MORE LIGHTENED  AND FLEXED QUITE ALARMINGLY.
VERY SLIM PROFILE ,YOU CAN SEE ANTI GAS PAINT ON HEADLAMP ,SHOWS AS YELLOW PATCH.
SOLID LEVERS AND EQUIPEMENT . PERIOD DIP SWITCH.
THE OHV ENGINE .YOU CAN SEE THE RARE LARGE HEAD AND ROUND SHAPED PUSHROD TUBE.THE GEARBOX IS PURE SILVER STAR FROM 1939 AND LIGHTWEIGHT . THIS BOX HAS BEEN RESTORED .
